Often people want to ask a personal question to Dr. T-V.

Due to the high volume and sensitive nature of some questions, Dr. T-V have developed a "For Fee" way to ask a question directly to them. 

Just submit your question through out check out system below, and Dr. T-V will answer your question within 30 days.

Term Acceptance: 

Users are responsible for reading all terms and conditions contained herein. By use of the service, you agree to all terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision, you should not use the Ask a Question entertainment service.  If you do, you will be bound to all terms. 

Liability:

Users understand that there is no therapy or treatment of any sort being offered. No refunds will be issued for any reason other than failure to respond to a question. Dr. T-V has no liability to users for any issues relating to the use of the question and answer entertainment service, you agree to not hold Dr. Toby or the show (T-V Entertainment LLC) liable for any actions individuals may take as a result of entertainment advice given in response to a question asked and or information presented by Dr. T-V.  User waives all liability towards Dr. T-V non-exhaustively to the extent permitted by law. We will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss This service is only provided for domestic and private use. No responsibility is accepted by us for any action that any user might take on the basis of the advice given through the answers provided to questions sent or arising from any statement made. You should not rely on any advice issued through the Ask a Question entertainment service, and you should consult your health provider if information obtained is right for you. Total and complete responsibility for using or ignoring advice given from Dr. T-V rests upon with the user of this entertainment service. 

Response Time:

Dr. T-V will respond to all questions within a 30-day time frame from submission, and may discuss questions, without identifying information, on the air. Dr. T-V has no responsibility to provide users with any follow up correspondence after a question is addressed and responded to. If additional questions arise, users are advised to submit a new detailed question.  Answers to questions will likely be posted below, but may be sent directly back to you through email system.

Changes:

Terms may be updated at any time, and it is up to you to ensure that you have read, re-read, and agree with all points with the terms each time you use the service. 

Payment and Refunds:

Users confirm that they are legally allowed to use the payment methods which they submit. All payments will be processed by third-party providers in line with your payment choice.  Users understand that their only recourse to a refund is in a case where a question is submitted, and no answer is received within 30 days of submission, or if a user is charged for more questions than those which are submitted. Users understand that any advice will be subjective, not based on the totality of the users circumstance, that it is not medical, psychological or health advice specific to the user exact situation, and thus, it needs to be discussed with their health provider.  

Fair Use:

Users understand that they must only use this service in line with the terms and conditions and must be over the age of 13 to use the service.  This is not counseling, therapy, medical treatment, but rather, an advice entertainment service with general information.  We will attempt to keep the question and answer service running at all times but are not responsible for any loss of service that may happen as a result of using one or more third-party sites.

Users agree to use the Ask a Question service within the allowable use that we have stipulated. Users are prohibited from copying or distributing any portion of this site and service without the express written consent of the owner, and will not attempt to deconstruct the code to which the Ask a Question tool is formed.

Privacy:

Information submitted is not considered protected health information.  However, we will not share any information that is provided by any user, except by lawful demand of a court, or for the facilitation of the payment process to the third-party payment processor.  We are not responsible for any privacy relating to the use of any third-party site. You agree we will not be held liable for illegal access to our information kept on file. 

Termination of Service and Jurisdiction:

We may terminate use of service at any time, and for any legal reason. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any court action which any user might take must be filed in this jurisdiction.
